Mac-1 will not be held accountable under any circumstances for any sale or guarantee, or fitness for the purpose of any item listed.

You are permitted to create as many adverts as you wish - to advertise for sale of items as listed in the category headings.
All photos that you submit with your ad, MUST be owned by you, or you consent that you have the owners permission to use these images. We will not accept liability for any images that you illegally submit. Your contact info will be stored incase of any queries which may arise due to copyright etc.
Please bear in mind that this is an open system, and as such any item may be posted for sale - please be aware that we may remove your listing if we find that your ad promotes anything illegal, pornographic, racist etc, and if we do remove your item, no correspondence will be entered into, and our decision will be final.
You can create your ad, and an email will be sent to you with two links - one to activate your ad, the second to remove it (if you make a mistake or sell your item).
If your ad is still listed after 25 days, we shall send you another email - with instructions to extend the life of your ad for another 30 days - and so on.
You must check to make sure your computer does not block emails from normandymarketplace.com - as this will be used for the notifications, and for us to notify you from time to time about promotions and offers.
If you dont renew your time span after the 25 days, your Free ad will be listed for 30 days and removed on the 31st day.
These terms may change from time to time, and we have the right to change them at any time with no notice.
